At PaQit, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return and refund policy under the following conditions:
- If you are not satisfied with the quality, freshness, or quantity of any product, you can return it at the time of delivery.
- The returned product will be collected immediately by our delivery partner.
- A refund will be issued in the form of a discount coupon equal to the returned product’s value.
- This coupon can be used on any future purchase on the Pickings website.
❗Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Once accepted, returns are not applicable.
