PAQIT is owned and operated by Paqit Traders, and provides naturally processed millet-based products sourced directly from farmers across Karnataka and Maharashtra. All users must comply with these terms and applicable laws when using our services.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and visuals of all PAQIT products. However, actual product packaging and materials may differ slightly. Always read labels and directions before use.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways like Razorpay.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or compromised prior to delivery.
If eligible, you must notify us within 4 days of delivery via email at support@paqit.in or call us at +91 8010668584.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
7. Complaints & Grievances
For any product or post-delivery complaints, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please share relevant images, order ID, or delivery confirmation message to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
8. Intellectual Property
All content including text, images, product names, and branding on the PAQIT website are the property of PAQIT and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
PAQIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra.
